Mr. Mian is a Managing Partner of Prudential Middle East Attorneys and Legal Consultants, Dubai, UAE.He is a commercial lawyer with 10 years of experience who specialises in advising firms on startups, Company incorporations, mergers & acquisitions, general commercial set ups, Real Estate and employment matters in the UAE. Mr. Mian has extensive expertise in managing acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and is an expert in advising on setting up in the UAE. Having served a considerable time in one of the top local law firms in Dubai, Mr. Shakeel has gained expertise of the UAE market and of the local laws. He has succeeded in using his linguistic capabilities to liaise with governmental institutions and foreign investors, providing advices with respect to UAE federal laws on issues such as labor relations, employee contracts, commercial contracts and agreements, Intellectual property law, ,employment schemes, and agencies agreements.
Tahmina Umetalieva Kazimkizi
Ms. Tahmina Umetalieva Kazimkizi works as legal intern. She has completed her LLB [Hons.] with Kyrgyz and Russian Law from Kyrgyz State Law Academy under the Government of Kyrgyz Republic. She specializes in Civil, Criminal,and basic Commercial law.She is very good at Russian language and successfully coordinates with the Russian Clients of the firm.
